Phoenix Pioneer Cemetery
The Pioneer Cemetery in the small Southern Oregon town of Phoenix was founded in 1874 with land it received from several pioneer families. In the beginning it was owned and maintained by a board of trustees as it still is today. With help from $3,175 in Lottery funds and the hard work of many volunteers, the historic Phoenix Pioneer Cemetery is being restored to honor those who came before us.
