Grant Helps Create Neighborhood Park
South Newberg is a beautiful neighborhood, but it was lacking one thing. A large park. Thanks to Oregon Lottery dollars received in 2019, Oregon State Parks was able to assist with the 9-acre park in becoming a reality. The $287,000 grant helped to create a paved trail, playgrounds, basketball court, drinking fountain and large open spaces for people to play, relax and enjoy.
