Commissioners will attend the Nov. 20, 2026, OSL Commission meeting via a web meeting.
Public comment
The Oregon Lottery Commission accepts public comments to support transparency and allow the public to contribute to the public meeting record. While Oregon’s Public Meeting Law requires only public attendance and not participation, the public comment process offers a structured way to share relevant perspectives on matters within the Commission’s authority. This input helps inform deliberation and decision-making.
Written comments related to agenda items or matters that may come before the Commission will be provided to commissioners for review. Comments not related to Commission business will be forwarded to the appropriate Oregon Lottery department for consideration.
To support an efficient meeting, a summary of written comments received for Commission review will be presented during the meeting. Similar comments may be grouped by topic, and summaries may note the volume of comments received on a particular issue when appropriate. Commissioners will receive all comments submitted by the deadline in their original form.

Please include your name with your submission. Comments must be received by 5 pm on Wed., Nov. 18 to be included in the public comment portion of the meeting. Comments received after the deadline will still be provided to the commissioners but may not be presented during the meeting.
Note: The public comment portion of the meeting is an opportunity for the Commission to receive input. Commissioners will not respond to questions or comments during the meeting.
