Economic Growth Lane
Eugene Industrial Land Studied with Oregon Lottery Money
Lane County officials have for years wanted to develop 300-acres of industrial land at the intersection of Interstate 5 and Highway 58. They used $30,000 in Oregon Lottery dollars to study how to create a wastewater system that would support the much-needed industrial growth in the Eugene area. The Oregon Lottery has provided more than $3 billion in economic growth funding since 1985, making projects like these possible around the state.
