Public Comment Guidelines
Written public comment related to items on the agenda or matters that may come before the Lottery Commission will be accepted and provided to the commissioners.
- Comments under three minutes in length will be read aloud during the meeting.
- Comments exceeding three minutes will be summarized for the record.
- All submitted comments will be posted in full on the meeting webpage and will become part of the permanent public record.

Please include your name with your submission. Comments must be received by 5 pm on Wed., Oct. 29 to be included in the public comment portion of the meeting. Comments received after the deadline will still be provided to the commissioners and posted online but may not be presented during the meeting.
