EXECUTIVE SESSION, 12 pm – The Oregon State Lottery Commission met in executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h), which allows the Commission to meet in executive session to consult with legal counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to litigation likely to be filed. This session is closed to the general public and will include a working lunch.
