Do I qualify?
To qualify as an individual, you must meet the following requirements:
- I know what’s on my credit report
- I know my criminal history
- I am in tax compliance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Oregon Department of Revenue (ODR)
Does my business qualify?
You must be able to answer yes to the following questions for your business to qualify for eligibility:
- Is it open and operating?
- Do you have a Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN)?
If you don’t have a TIN or EIN you can obtain one here. - Is it in tax compliance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Oregon Department of Revenue (ODR)?
- Is the entity name registered with the Oregon Secretary of State Corporation Division?
- Is your Assumed Business Name (ABN/DBA) registered to the correct registrant with the Oregon Secretary of State Corporation Division? Does it match the exterior building sign?

If you and your business meet the criteria above, the next step is to submit some information to us using our Retailer Interest Form. Please note that you will not be able to submit the form unless you meet these eligibility requirements.
