We now have a secure drop box at Oregon Lottery headquarters in Salem with o<\/span>utdoor access for 24\/7 availability.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To claim your prize by using the drop box:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Sign the back of your winning ticket.<\/li>\n
  2. Complete the Winner Claim Form. Be sure to keep a copy for your own records.<\/li>\n
  3. Put both the Winner Claim Form and your signed original winning ticket in an envelope.<\/li>\n
  4. Place the envelope in the drop box.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Forms and envelopes are provided next to the drop <\/span>box that you can fill out there, or you can print a form from this page and bring it with you. Winner Claim Form – English<\/a>, Spanish<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Look for\u00a0<\/span>the box near\u00a0<\/span>the window with the awning at Oregon Lottery headquarters<\/span> at<\/span>:
