Delete Your My Lottery Account

Here’s a quick overview of the process:

  • All player data will be deleted and cannot be recovered – including scan history and Second Chance entry history. Any pending Second Chance entries will be forfeited.
  • If you want to use My Lottery in the future, you will need to create a new account.
  • It may take up to two business days for your account to be deleted. 

Once you follow the steps in the email to confirm your account deletion request, you will no longer be able to log in to your My Lottery account.

When you delete your account, it deletes within two business days from your side, but it may take longer for Lottery and our vendors to fully complete the account deletion process. Please be aware that some records must be retained under Oregon’s Public Records Law or may be held by vendors or third parties with different retention and deletion policies.
