Commissioners and staff gathered for an all-day work session to review a draft budget and associated business plan for FY 23, along with key business objectives for the coming fiscal year. Staff provided a status report on Video Lottery Terminal inventory management and replacement of aging terminals, offered policy options related to the long-term sustainability of the Video Lottery product, and provided information on interim legislative activity.
The work session included an executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f), which allows the Commission to meet in executive session to consider attorney-client privileged information that is exempt from public inspection. This session was closed to the public.
