Goods and Services opportunities

The Oregon Lottery publishes many of its solicitation opportunities electronically. To view opportunities, go to the State of Oregon’s Procurement Information Network (OPRIN) website. Once you are there, click on register. From there you will be able to either register or browse anonymously for solicitation opportunities.
