The Oregon Lottery primarily utilizes competitive processes for the selection of goods and services valued over $5,000. This site is intended to provide useful links and information regarding doing business with the Oregon Lottery.

Goods and Services opportunities

The Oregon Lottery publishes many of its solicitation opportunities electronically. To view opportunities, go to the State of Oregon’s Procurement Information Network (OPRIN) website. Once you are there, click on register. From there you will be able to either register or browse anonymously for solicitation opportunities.

Many of the Oregon Lottery’s printing opportunities are available on the State of Oregon’s Publishing & Distribution FirstClass system. For more information or to register, you will need to call (503) 373-1304. Once you are registered, you can view printing opportunities at the following website:
