CLICK&PLAY RULES AND REGULATIONS The Oregon Lottery is governed by Oregon law and administrative rules which are available on-line at www.oregonlottery.org. PRIZE CLAIMS Prizes up to and including $600 may be claimed at any Oregon Lottery Scratch-it retailer. Players may also sign ticket, obtain claim form from retailer and mail to: Oregon Lottery, P.O. Box 14515, Salem OR 97309 (registered mail recommended). Winners of prizes over $600 must be claim by mail or in person at Lottery Headquarters. Prizes must be claimed within 1 year of end of game. Players must be at least 18 years old. All tickets, transactions, and winners are subject to Lottery Rules and State Law. Tickets void if they fail to meet requirements of game regulations or any Lottery validation test. Liability for void ticket is limited to replacement of ticket or refund of retail sales price.
