CLICK&PLAY FAQS

CLICK&PLAY FAQs What are Click&Play Games?

They're revolutionary Lottery games played on a computer! With Click&Play games, you can now combine the fun of a Scratch-it ticket with a game that you can play on your personal computer!

Q: What is needed to play Click&Play games?

A: All you need is: the Click&Play Scratch-it ticket and the free Click&Play CD-ROM disc. You can also play Click&Play games without the CD-ROM disc by accessing the game from the Lottery’s Web site (Click&Play Tetris® is available to play only through download).

Q: Do I need a new Click&Play CD-ROM disc every time I buy a Click&Play Scratch-it ticket?

A: No. You will need only one Click&Play CD-ROM disc for all the Click&Play Scratch-its you may buy or you can access the game from the Lottery’s Web site.

Q: How do I claim a prize when my Click&Play Scratch-it ticket is a winner?

A: Because the Scratch-it ticket is what determines if you win (not the CD-ROM disc or the web game), you must present the winning Click&Play Scratch-it ticket to claim your prize.

Q: Does my skill at playing the computer improve my chances of winning?

A: No. Your chances of winning are not affected by how well you play. The Scratch-it ticket is what determines if you win.

Q: How will I know if the Click&Play games will work on my computer?

A: The system requirements for the game you choose to play can be found on that game’s Click&Play section of the Lottery’s Web site, in the Click&Play how-to-play brochures, and on the CD-ROM disc.

Q: What should I do if I am experiencing problems with the Click&Play CD-ROM or the Web access?

A: Be sure to check the system requirements. The system requirements for the game you choose to play can be found on that game’s Click&Play section on the Lottery’s Web site, in the Click&Play how-to-play brochures, and on the CD-ROM disc. If you are continuing to have problems, call technical support at 1-888-858-4263.

Q: How will I know if I've won a prize?

A: After playing the game, the final screen will indicate the amount won.

Q: Can I play Click&Play games without the CD-ROM disc?

A: With the exception of Mini Golf, all games are available on the Lottery’s Click&Play web site for access.

Q: How do I access Click&Play games from the Lottery’s Web site?

A: Go to oregonlottery.org, select “Click&Play” from the menu, and follow the accessing instructions found in the “Games” section for the game you are playing. Based on modem speed, computers with 56K modems should expect to take up to 10-15 minutes to access the game and up to two minutes to load each new access code. Broadband cable and DSL access are less than one minute.
