Ribbon-cutting Ceremony for new Visitor's Center-Oregon Lottery Kiosk at Woodburn Premium Outlets

WHO: Oregon Lottery Assistant Director for Sales, Marketing & Retail Services Stacy Shaw. Invited local dignitaries include Woodburn Mayor Kathy Figley, City Administrator Scott Derickson, Woodburn Chamber of Commerce Executive Don Judson, and Woodburn Chamber of Commerce President Bob Rhoades

WHAT: Ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly-updated Visitor's Center to include Oregon Lottery self-service terminals.

WHEN: Friday, July 19 at 9 AM

WHERE: Woodburn Premium Outlets, 1001 N Arney Road, Woodburn. From 1-5 South, take exit 271 and take a right at the light (HWY 214.) Take the first right at Arney Road, and another right at the stop sign to continue on Arney Road. Turn left at Sprague Lane (the first entrance into the mall) and continue to the back of the mall, where tour busses are directed to park. Park near the 500/600 building in the back of the mall (entrances will be marked) and the Visitor Center will be on your right as you walk into the mall, near the Customer Service office and across from Pan Asian Express.

Turn left at Sprague Lane (the first entrance into the mall) and continue to the back of the mall, where tour busses are directed to park. VISUALS: Following remarks by Stacy Shaw, there will be a formal ribbon-cutting followed by a "tour" of the newly-updated space. The space provides a uniquely Oregon visual experience with wallscapes of Mt. Hood, Woodburn tulip fields and the Oregon Coast.

BACKGROUND: Woodburn Premium Outlets consistently attracts some of the, if not the largest number of visitors of any one location in Oregon. Sharing the space with Woodburn Area Tourism allows visitors to pick up information about Oregon attractions as well as showcase and sell Oregon Lottery products.
