Lottery games must be accessible to persons who use wheelchairs. This is a critical issue that has very specific and technical requirements. This document gives you some background information and specifications from the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act, Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG), State of Oregon, Structural Specialty Code, Chapter 11 Accessibility, and Oregon Transportation Commission.
